Our Team
Our highly qualified team of caregivers offers comprehensive home health care services for residents across Ontario, in both urban and rural communities.
All our team members are bonded, insured, and screened to meet the highest background verification standards. All our home health care services are provided under the supervision of our Director of Nursing (a Registered Nurse/RN) for your peace of mind. A registered nurse will visit your home to complete an assessment before starting care. Our services can be set up for an individual or a couple and may include the following:
- Accompaniment to doctor appointments
- Personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assistance with walking, transferring, and medication
- Light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation and feeding
- Grocery shopping, running errands
- Hospice support, companionship
